No me aparece el texto del briefing, solo el tiempo
El texto lo escribe Google Gemini y hace falta una clave de API propia. Toca el engranaje arriba a la derecha, pega tu clave y desliza hacia abajo en la pantalla principal para recargar. El tiempo, los cumpleaños y el santoral funcionan sin clave.
¿Cómo consigo una clave de Gemini?
Es gratis. Entra en Google AI Studio con tu cuenta de Google, pulsa «Create API key», cópiala y pégala en los Ajustes de la app. Tarda menos de un minuto.
En el nivel gratuito, Google puede usar lo que envías para mejorar sus productos. Como el briefing menciona nombres de gente que conoces, si eso te incomoda activa la facturación en tu proyecto de Google Cloud: en el nivel de pago Google no usa tus datos para entrenar.
¿Dónde se guarda mi clave?
En el Llavero de tu iPhone, cifrada por iOS. Solo viaja a Google. Yo no la veo nunca. Puedes borrarla desde Ajustes con el botón «Remove key».
La ciudad que muestra no es la mía
La app usa ubicación aproximada, así que en zonas grandes puede darte el municipio de al lado. Comprueba en Ajustes de iOS → Morning Briefing → Ubicación que el permiso está concedido. Si lo rechazaste, la app usa Madrid por defecto.
Me sale «Weather is unavailable»
El servicio del tiempo no ha contestado esta vez. Pulsa «Try again» en esa misma tarjeta, o desliza hacia abajo para recargar. El santo y los cumpleaños siguen ahí mientras tanto, porque no dependen de la red.
No me llega la notificación de las 7:30
Revisa Ajustes de iOS → Morning Briefing → Notificaciones. La notificación se reprograma cada vez que abres la app, así que si llevas mucho sin abrirla, ábrela una vez. El texto sobre el tiempo solo se incluye si abriste la app en las 12 horas anteriores; si no, verás el santoral, que siempre es correcto.
No veo los cumpleaños de mis contactos
Solo aparecen los cumpleaños de los próximos dos días, y solo de contactos que tengan la fecha de cumpleaños rellena en la ficha. Comprueba también el permiso en Ajustes de iOS → Morning Briefing → Contactos.
El botón de WhatsApp no abre nada
Necesita que el contacto tenga un número de teléfono guardado y que tengas WhatsApp instalado. Si no hay número, la app abre la hoja de compartir para que elijas por dónde enviarlo.
¿Cómo borro todos mis datos?
Desinstala la app. Todo lo que guarda —la clave, la ciudad y el último briefing— vive solo en tu iPhone y se borra con ella. No hay nada en ningún servidor.
¿El widget se actualiza solo?
Sí, iOS decide cada cuánto lo refresca. El resumen escrito que muestra es el de la última vez que abriste la app.

I only see the weather — where's the written briefing?
The text is written by Google Gemini and needs your own API key. Tap the gear at the top right, paste your key, then pull down on the main screen to reload. Weather, birthdays and the name day all work without a key.
How do I get a Gemini key?
It's free. Go to Google AI Studio, sign in with your Google account, press “Create API key”, copy it and paste it into the app's Settings. It takes under a minute.
On the free tier, Google may use what you send to improve its products. Since the briefing mentions names of people you know, enable billing on your Google Cloud project if that bothers you — on the paid tier Google does not use your data for training.
Where is my key kept?
In your iPhone's Keychain, encrypted by iOS. It only ever travels to Google. I never see it. You can delete it from Settings with the “Remove key” button.
It's showing the wrong city
The app uses approximate location, so in large areas it can land on a neighbouring town. Check iOS Settings → Morning Briefing → Location. If you declined the permission, the app falls back to Madrid.
It says “Weather is unavailable”
The weather service didn't answer that time. Tap “Try again” on that card, or pull down to reload. The name day and the birthdays are still there in the meantime, because neither depends on the network.
The 7:30 notification never arrives
Check iOS Settings → Morning Briefing → Notifications. The schedule is refreshed every time you open the app, so if it's been a while, open it once. The weather line is only included if you opened the app within the previous 12 hours; otherwise you'll get the name day, which is always correct.
My contacts' birthdays don't show up
Only birthdays in the next two days appear, and only for contacts that have a birthday filled in on their card. Also check the permission in iOS Settings → Morning Briefing → Contacts.
The WhatsApp button does nothing
It needs the contact to have a phone number saved, and WhatsApp installed. With no number, the app opens the share sheet so you can pick how to send it.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the app. Everything it stores — your key, your city, your last briefing — lives only on your iPhone and goes with it. There is nothing on any server.
Does the widget update by itself?
Yes, iOS decides how often to refresh it. The written summary it shows is from the last time you opened the app.
